I love coffee. It's one of my favorite vices. Beyond just the taste, I care about quality and the people that make it. Finding coffee producers is easy; they are a dime a dozen. Finding a roaster that honestly cares about his product? That's a mission. My morning coffee is one of my favorite things, but there are so many gimmicks out there: Extra caffeine, super dark roasts that are in reality just burned beans; the list goes on and on.
