The maximum sleeve is designed to fit over most kettlebells ranging from 40 - 70 pounds. It also folds down to an extremely compact size, which makes it perfect for gym bags, storage, or traveling.
As a traveling athlete, figuring out how to get my mobility work in has always been a challenge. I find myself in all sorts of gyms, but they may not have the exact tools I need to smash my problem areas. I invented the Maximum Mobility Sleeve to address this issue.
For ages, athletes have used kettlebells to smash areas like their quads, hamstrings, IT bands, shoulders, pecs and arms. The hardness and heaviness of the kettlebell, paired with gravity and the convenient handle, offer a fantastic tool for self-myofascial release (SMR).
The Maximum Mobility Sleeve takes this to the next level by adding acrylic knobs to increase the stimulation on tissues, and allow for greater manipulation. Areas that are built with layers upon layers of muscle and connective tissue will often benefit from the kind of targeted stimulation that the smaller knobs can provide, as smooth implements simply cannot move these structures around as effectively.
